1. About ToolHaat and these terms

ToolHaat (www.toolhaat.com) is an online marketplace for tools, machinery, equipment and supplies for businesses and professional buyers in India. It is operated by Evatools Private Limited (CIN U46901HR2025PTC133188), registered office at Innov8 UCP, 9th Floor, Tower D, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurgaon (Haryana) 122001, India (the "Company", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and the other policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Who can use ToolHaat

The website is meant for businesses and professional buyers who are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Individuals may also buy, subject to the same terms. You must give accurate details, including your business name and GSTIN where you want a GST invoice.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that gives false information, abuses offers, harms other users or breaks these terms.

4. Products, descriptions and prices

• We work to keep product names, specifications, images and prices accurate. Images are for reference, and small differences in colour, finish or accessories can occur. Specifications are provided by brands and sellers, so please check the details that matter to you before ordering.
• Some prices include GST and some exclude it, as shown on the product page and in your cart. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
• Prices, stock and offers can change without notice. If a price or listing error is found after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Placing an order

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when payment is received (or, for cash on delivery, when we accept the order).
• We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock not being available, an incorrect address or unserviceable pincode, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
• You receive an order ID by email. Use it to track your order and when you contact us.

6. Payments

Payment can be made online (UPI, cards, net banking), through a payment link we send you, by bank transfer (NEFT) on agreed orders, or by cash on delivery where available. ToolHaat does not offer credit, loans, EMI or deferred payment. See the Payment & GST Policy for details.

7. Offers and coupons

Coupons and special prices follow the conditions stated with them, such as minimum order value, maximum discount, validity and one use per account. We may withdraw an offer that is misused. A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so please inspect the parcel and report any problem within 24 hours.

9. Returns, refunds, cancellation and warranty

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy, refunds by our Refund Policy and warranty by our Warranty Policy. A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and must include a complete unboxing video (without it no return, replacement or refund is possible), with the product returned within the 3-day window and the return shipping cost borne by the customer.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, question or other content, it must be truthful, based on your own experience and free from abuse, spam or anything illegal. You allow us to display it on the website. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not copy product data, images or prices in bulk by automated means, or interfere with how the website works, without our written permission.
• Do not place false orders, abuse returns or coupons, or impersonate another person.

12. Intellectual property

The ToolHaat name, logo, design, text and compilation of the catalogue belong to the Company or its licensors. Product names, brands, logos and images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them except for your own legitimate use of the website.

13. Product safety

Machinery and tools can be dangerous if used wrongly. Use products only as the manufacturer instructs, with the right safety equipment, and by trained people. Read the manual and warnings supplied with the product.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ToolHaat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, or loss caused by misuse of a product, delays by couriers, or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

15. Third-party services and links

Payments, delivery and some other services are provided by third parties, such as our payment partner and courier companies. Their own terms apply to those services. We are not responsible for other websites that we link to.

16. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to orders placed after the update. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact our Grievance Officer to resolve any dispute. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer right to approach another forum under law.
