1. Who we are

ToolHaat is operated by Evatools Private Limited (CIN U46901HR2025PTC133188), registered office at Innov8 UCP, 9th Floor, Tower D, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurgaon (Haryana) 122001, India. 2. Information we collect

• Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name, GSTIN, and your delivery and billing addresses.
• Order information: the products you buy, amounts, payment status, invoices, returns and support conversations. We do not store your full card, UPI PIN or net banking details. Payments are handled by our payment partner.
• Sign-in details: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture as allowed by you.
• Activity on the website: pages viewed, products added to the cart or bought now, and searches. We use this to run your cart, to help our team follow up on your enquiries and to improve the website.
• Device and technical data: browser, device type, approximate location from your IP address and cookies.

3. Why we use your information

• To create your account, process and deliver orders, take payments, and issue GST invoices.
• To contact you about your order, returns, refunds and support requests, including by email, phone and WhatsApp.
• To send you order status updates and, where you have agreed, offers and news. You can opt out at any time.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep the website secure.
• To understand how the website is used and to improve products, pricing and service.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We use your data with your consent or where it is needed to provide the service you asked for, to meet the law, or for our legitimate business purposes, in line with Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the service, and we do not sell your personal information.

• Payment partner (Razorpay): to process payments and refunds.
• Logistics and courier partners: your name, address and phone number, to deliver orders and handle returns.
• Brands, sellers or vendors who fulfil your order, limited to what is needed for fulfilment or warranty.
• Service providers: email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics and customer support tools, who may use data only to serve us.
• Authorities, where we must by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies and similar tools

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure how the website is used (for example with Google Analytics). You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some of them may stop parts of the website, such as the cart, from working.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for the period the law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us if you notice anything suspicious.

8. Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent you have given, for example for marketing messages.
• Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer.

9. Children

ToolHaat is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The latest version and its date are always on this page. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on the website.
