Payment & GST Policy

1. Ways to pay

• Online at checkout: UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through our payment partner Razorpay.
• Payment link: for orders discussed with our team on chat, call or WhatsApp, we can send you a secure payment link for the agreed amount. The link takes you to the same online payment page.
• Bank transfer (NEFT): available for orders agreed with our team. We share the bank details with your order, and the order is processed when the payment is received.
• Cash on delivery: only on eligible orders and pincodes, and shown at checkout when available.

2. Prices, discounts and offers

The price on the product page and at checkout is the price you pay for that quantity. Bulk pricing tiers apply automatically. For larger or custom orders, you can request a quote and our team may offer a special price. Coupons are applied at checkout and are checked on our server, so the discount you see is the discount you get. Each coupon states its minimum order, maximum discount and any limit on use.

3. GST

• Some products are listed with GST included in the price and some with GST added on top. The product page and your order total show which applies, so the amount in the cart is the amount you pay.
• A GST invoice is available for every order. Add your GSTIN at checkout (turn on Business / GST Purchase) so the invoice is issued in your business name for input tax credit. The GSTIN is used for the invoice and does not change the price.
• If you need a corrected invoice, contact us with your order ID and GSTIN.

4. Credit and instalments

ToolHaat does not offer credit lines, loans, EMI or buy-now-pay-later on its own. If your bank offers EMI on your card, that is between you and your bank. Anyone claiming to offer financing on ToolHaat's behalf is not doing so with our authority. Please tell us.

5. Payment security

Online payments are processed by our payment partner on its own secure page. ToolHaat does not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.

6. Failed or pending payments

If money is deducted but the order does not show as paid, it is usually returned by your bank within a few working days. If it is not, contact us with your order ID and payment reference. An online order that is not paid is not confirmed, and the items are released after a short time.
